Consultation
You will have a phone call appointment with our design and sales team, this is important for us to learn about your whishes and desires and to set an in person appointment.
In Person Meeting
We will meet you at your site and offer the best options for your ADU and a complete evaluation of the project.
Interior Design
We will offer you our options to personalize your ADU. You will chose your floor type, Countertops, Cabinets, Lighting, Exterior & Interior Colors. At this stage you are creating your dream ADU.
Budget & Contract
Now you have chosen your ADU, you have designed the interior is time for the budget and contract. We will also give you all the information regarding Financing your project and time frames.
Permitting
Our team will work with the local agencies to obtain all of the necessary permits and approvals to fully complete your project. Once received, we are ready to move on to Building your Dream ADU.
Converting the Dream in Reality:
A dedicated project manager will oversee the factory construction and site development so all aspects of the project flow seamlessly. Fabrication and site work will take place concurrently, saving significant time and money
